We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on FlowState Family Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at flowstatefamilyy@gmail.com and we will help you raise the request.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Settings → Manage subscription, or through the Paddle billing portal linked in your receipt. After cancelling you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period already paid for, and you are not charged again.
FlowState Family Pro includes a 7-day free trial that requires no payment card. You are only charged if you choose to subscribe.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds usually appear within 5–10 business days. Further detail is available in Paddle's refund policy.
